Wake Up (Very Important, lol)
16oz of herbal non caffeinated tea with stevia. The
suggest stevia..yay
16oz of plain water
Pre Gym Smoothie
After Gym: Juice
-Spinach-Blackberries-Strawberries
Mid- Morning Snack
-2 Apples
-1/2 Blackberries
-3 TSB Yellow raisins
-1 TSB Cinnamon
-1/2 Nutmeg
Lunch
-Arugula
-Spinach
-1/2 Avocado
-1 tomato
-1/4 jicama
-1/4 red onion
Juice- Spinach-Blackberries-Strawberries
Afternoon Snack
I made Guacamole and I will eat it with cucumber instead of
chips.
Before I go home food.
-Steamed Okra
-Steamed Corn.
