Juice Fasting Success!

Is complete!  I have moved on to the 5 Day program!  I didn't know it but it has solid food.  Who Knew
I weighed in this morning at 148.8!

Yes this is soo encouraging!!
 Here are my meals for today.....tonight its off to trader joes!




Wake Up (Very Important, lol)
16oz of herbal non caffeinated tea with stevia.  The suggest stevia..yay
16oz of plain water

Pre Gym Smoothie

After Gym: Juice
-Spinach-Blackberries-Strawberries

Mid- Morning Snack
-2 Apples
-1/2 Blackberries
-3 TSB Yellow raisins
-1 TSB Cinnamon
-1/2 Nutmeg

Lunch
-Arugula
-Spinach
-1/2 Avocado
-1 tomato
-1/4 jicama
-1/4 red onion

Juice- Spinach-Blackberries-Strawberries

Afternoon Snack
I made Guacamole and I will eat it with cucumber instead of chips.

Before I go home food.
-Steamed Okra
-Steamed Corn.
